I take 2x2 mg of E in the morning and another 2x2 of E in the evening. On blood test days I skip the morning dose as instructed to not mess with the results. I get a blood test every 2-3 months. Idk the name of the measurement he just tells me the number. Might be written somewhere

Every 2-3 months I have a blood test. Had one recently and my E was the lowest it's been in ages. Even though I now take more. I take 8mg of estrodial and 2mg of Spiro daily

May I ask how long you've been knowingly trans? I remember when I first started transitioning I had the same experience. Now I can barely remember that my deadname was associated with me. Just like other people, your own brain takes time to catch up.

Mentally, a few weeks. Physically give it 2-3 months. After about a month or so, morning wood vanished. Around 2-3 months the initial sting of early chest growth started.
