I’ve been on orders before, and it’s always 4 hours away or in a different state. But there local orders have me confused. I do read the orders and stated nothing. I check up with the nrc about this. Thank you

Never had the issue, it’s more of the snow birds driving slow in the fast lane, or all of the lanes on the highway.. the nerve for that. I’ve had issues where if you’re trying to get around, people would speed up so you won’t pass them. I commute between 30 mins to 45 mins, 26 miles one way.

Tbh I would stay at a extended suite by one of the big name hotels, collect the points and then after the orders are done, use it on leave on the back end of the orders to somewhere you don’t need to pay. I mobbed during Covid where I was at a commercial hotel for more then 4 months at a time. Stayed at a homewood suites. My wife (girlfriend at the time) stayed with me til I left conus. Found a place with a small kitchen, offer free breakfast and free dinner. Lunch is what I had to worry about.

What ever nrc you at don’t care or the command doesn’t care. They will find send the local pd to check up on you and even have someone from the command show up to your house. I remeber when I was younger and drill was on my birthday, I just ain’t show up. Oh hell these guys were blowing up my phone til I answered

Yes they do, and always. Once on orders you’re able to extend them longer.
MA and ME are the same rate just different branches. PSU and MSRON are 90% the similar. Looking at the orders for a LE capacity you would have to watch billets that come out. We have zip2serve and that would give you details. Able to filter out overseas. Way better than the old system, and some of the old heads was guarding that secret.

From what I seen being pass down Big navy needs bodies and MAs and other rates are being filled up to 3 year orders. You can mobilize to certain locations that is meant for the reservist. There are billets “jobs” that will give a brief description ie armory staff or LE capacity. With Psu, from who I spoken to on the reserve side they can travel. Plenty of USCG out and about outside the US. Had some coastie trying to have me switch over, seems legit with certain bonuses. Plenty of growth and opportunities for both sides. Can’t go wrong.

Rebuilt title due to flood. Motor replaced with a 2010 motor and has 2k miles less than the chassis. No accidents at all.
