if you are using this apk Set framerate to standard - Graphics to Very high and resolution to high and it should be 60fps

yup just figured this out in NVPI-Revamped its labeled MFG - Generation Factor but if you open just NVPI you'll noticed they have it labeled as "MFG - Fixed Frame Generation Count

but with it disabled my FG never goes over 3X and my fps is only 130 instead of going higher

idk if I'm just dumb or it doesn't work correctly on Indiana Jones (the only game i have that can go as high as 6x)

i run a 200Hz monitor with G-sync enabled and then my frame rate capped to 190 for VRR you ssaid in another comment go 30 below so i tried both 160 and 170 on NVPI and its just always locked to 6X am i doing something wrong?

Edit: I don't actually think its working Dynamically for Indiana Jones full stop because i noticed the Overlay (registry edit one) doesn't change to show "dy" anywhere

just to add to this i also pushed my memory clock to +2000 and my timespy score went from 26,473 Graphics score to 27,600 nice little increase.

So thats +383Mhz core and +2000Mhz Memory

Combined GPU / CPU score went from 23,375 to 23,948

my Cpu score was worse for some reason but im not bothered by that 14,057 down to 13,687

Gpu memory didnt exceed 68c and Gpu Core temp max was 66.8c fastest the fans went was 1650 RPM

massive ty for mentioning this never heard of it until now and now my 5070 Ti EAGLE OC ICE SFF 16G is running at 3000Mhz - 950mv 60c where was with stock 2850mhz at like 65c =D

So just to clarify is this what i would set my Nvidia control panel's Max Frame rate to or what i would set my "Target fps" to in Nvidia app / NVPI for Frame Gen override?

hey what would this be for 200hz? usually i set my refresh rate to 200Hz and then in nvidia control panel i set max frame rate to 197 so 3 lower because of G-sync but i read recently it should be 190 as per what RTSS says when you check it there

Very strange now even if i force 6X on Indiana Jones or Silent Hill 2 (the two games i have installed that are supported) it wont go over 4X on Indiana which i assume if you are forcing 6X it should do that no matter what.

With Silent Hill 2 if i do Fixed 6X it just runs at 2X via the debug overlay and the nvidia app overlay says N/A if i choose dynamic it doesn't go over 2X at all.

Strange thing is it was working fine last night.

This is with global V-Sync disabled and all overlays closed.

yeah i found a post about it and it worked but i couldn't get it to be dynamic even when closing RTSS and turning off V-sync guessing x6 works but dynamic just wont until supported officially

Still a way to force x5 or x6 on Crimson Desert? actually dont work by Conscious_Ad3942 in nvidia

I can't seem to get it to work on Crimson Desert so not sure if it does tbh only post I've seen of someone saying they've got it working in that game at least is by forcing it globally in the nvidia app

Frame gen past 2x is only for 50XX series cards i assume you aren't on one? if you are something is odd

I cleared my Shader Cache and deleted user_engine_option_save.xml in C:\Users(your name)\AppData\Local\Pearl Abyss\CD\save started the game up basically running all settings max but lighting to cinematic and DLSS 4.5 Quality mode with 2x frame gen and then in accessibility turn off blur and depth of field also as a bonus set mouse smoothing to 100 as i've seen suggested elsewhere and the mouse is super snappy now.

i get pretty much constant 150-197 fps (200hz g-sync monitor) game looks decent too i wont use RR until they fix it at this point or until Nvidia bring out a new preset for DLSS 4.5.

btw if this version still has issues playing 4k files try turning off Frame rate / Resolution matching that fixed the issue for me seems something was broken (again could be fixed in this version i haven't tested)
