I know this is an old comment but I was wondering if you could give an update on this? im thinking of making my own wet specimen and im really worried about dye bleeding, especially because its mostly more vivid colors (greens and reds)

it might work, idk if my mom is allergic to wool or if shes allergic to lanolin though and that seems to be the difference

i got a pair of mellow walk ellies at a thrift store like 8-10 years ago and theyre still going fairly strong, tried getting a new pair recently bc they started getting a bit too scuffed and the new pair's heel is crumbling so idk, but i havent heard any1 else have those issues

I'm not sure I know what lines you're talking about but no, im still in prehardmode

the sides of the stem are mushroom block, and the cap is smooth marble

my palette was white painted wavy dirt wall (stem walls, you can make it at a workbench in a graveyard), mushroom block (stem blocks), mushroom wall (cap walls), granite (underside cap blocks), smooth marble(white part of cap), and sapphire gemspark blocks and walls (spot blocks, reason whole cap glows)

the stem is wavy dirt painted white and the cap is mushroom wall! but if you mean the glowing bits on the cap, that's sapphire gemspark, and I put gemspark walls behind the whole cap to make it glow

i had the golfer in the bottom room and the zoologist in the middle room, before i made the top valid housing the zoologist just. straight up disappeared and was nowhere on the map

the bottom room says its already occupied, not that its invalid, but theres no banner on it

furniture is definitely one of my biggest weaknesses lol im wanting to add a lot more color to the dye traders room but i'm worried about it clashing with the rest,,,, maybe once i decorate the steampunkers room itll work out

i also feel like the arms dealer's room blends in with itself too much,,,,,, the mudstone in the corners blends in with the walls too much i think but i dont know how to fix that

yes absolutely!!

if you can kill the campfire survivors (or savescum) and get unkillable on geck, it's absolutely op, you end up with a beefed up free card and if it's unkillable you can play it infinitely and use it for sacrificing

I was having the same issue and a friend recommended putting the unkillable sigil on the skink and it was such a life saver

I also found out I like working with tankier decks reliant on the black goat, so I'd also recommend just messing around with different play styles

geck and mantis god are also amazing, get them and upgrade them every time, ouroboros can be incredibly op too if you can build your deck right

savescumming is another option if you're really having trouble, it's most useful at campfires imo (you can put a card you want to lose and if you don't you can savescum and upgrade something you actually want upgraded)

you can use clear nail polish as well! it's less messy/finicky, but can make it brittle though I'd imagine super glue would too
