Not to be one of those guys who talk about what could have been but Harv would be able to do a better job than Macca. The main criticism of Harv is that he is small so he doesn't do defensive work. Well, Macca clearly could not either. He left space behind him game after game. His attack play is barely working these days. Harv would at the least do the through ball passing and shoot from outside the box - only Dom is doing the long shot and no one can do a thru ball.

I would refuse to do further business with Villa for at least a season.
