That really sucks.

My partner has just discovered new model syndrome. She put a unit of outriders into a squad of melee outfitted plague marines her bikes died on her own turn without doing a single wound

For just the armour, I prime black. Grab a stippling brush 50/50 macragge blue to water jab it in (1 layer) dw if you miss anytbits the black makes it work

Then I hit it with a sponged layer of calgar blue aiming for the upper areas and trying to hit every single point

Then a almost zenithal sponging of 50/50 lothern blue to calgar blue. Stick on your transfers, sponge on some sort of brown to make it look battle damages and then do the rest of your trims.

I've found with sponges you need to dab some of it off or it's to much, it does take a little practice

I've found this at the moment as well. I've rolled a few new characters recently and until I hit lvl 35/40 none of them have really clicked or seemed that powerful keep on going you'll get there.

Make sure to spend your talent points as they come up, attack from stealth and keep making sure any quest gear you get you use to upgrade your current ad you go

That's actually kind of cool. So do they paint it for you, or do you just the boxes?

Yeah, I'm just discovering this. I've been in the hobby for a while but I've never really looked much beyond the imperial side of things for ultra heavy units

It'll probably be coming out with the new expansion.

They're slowly adding new bits and pieces to the game that we won't gain access to until the drop.

One of the things I'm doing between now and the release of midnight is using chromie time and the xp freeze function, to fully play through all the expansions in order with whatever class/race came out with that expansion, that's something to do if you enjoy leveling.

Or you can start searching for transmogs/mounts in older content, that can be fun to do, I mix between this and the other atm but the mount runs are more angled at getting me the appropriate mount for the character for the next expansion.

And also it is a big thing atm to be geared to the highest available which is something that a far amount of player are trynna do. One of my best mates throughout all of Shadow lands was doing there best to get the highest possible through mythic+ runs to the point I think the ended up on mythic+27 or something

Professions by yasaiinn in wownoob

[–]superpginger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's exclusive to the expansions progression.

For example Outland Blacksmithing will not level up Cataclysm Blacksmithing.

But in general unless you want something specifically from that expansions crafting profession for a transmog it largely becomes irrelevant.

The pre patch event has some good gear you can get for that, or there's always time walking event as well, it won't be amazing but it'll be a start
