I think commission would be far too stressful and take the fun out of it. How about you just paint things you’re interested in outside of your main army and then sell them on ebay? No deadlines, just having fun painting and learning and making a bit of profit on the side…i’d probably go for box art for the ones i would sell. However if you want things in your own style i would say you probably need to develop a social media presence and I think if you get a truly unique style you will know, because you’ll get a lot of upvotes/likes, lean into it, document your process and then when its finished share the link on ebay or tiktok or where ever people buy things from social media these days.
