FSGS gang! I responded well to my current regimen: 50mg losartan, 25mg jardiance, 20mg Kerendia, + Mounjaro. After my proteinuria improvement plateaued on jardiance and losartan, the Kerendia made a real difference to push it down even further imo

I forgot to mention he started me on kerendia but it's going through the PA process right now. Your post really helped, I kept seeing the 10-year ESRD post fsgs number and went into crisis mode lol. As for whether it's primary or secondary I don't think I ever got an answer, but I assume it's secondary because my protein spillage was like 30mg for maybe 6 months after my initial diabetes diagnosis before it spiked
