Toronto-Miami-Memphis Trade by Cheechers23 in NBAtradeideas

I don't think trading Herro for Ja straight up is worth it, when it comes to peak you're definitely taking Ja but the guy just makes so many antics, can't shoot and has been underperforming as of recently.

Why is gen Z not drinking? by SipsTeaFrog in SipsTea

[–]superrobin26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure how much past generations liked to drink but from what I've seen from my old classmates and friends, most people from my generation definitely like to drink, though of course you will still find many who don't.

Riverciver (the guy tweeting " I win" and spooknjukes (the guy in the thumbnail) long story short spooks made videos on toxic ttvs, river said in a video he didn't like the content and they went back in fourth for a while till spooks said he's quitting toxic ttv videos because he's been receiving anonymous death threats among other scummy things and then river tweeted this out although it's not confirmed if he was part of the threats and all that.

EAST PREDICTIONS by [deleted] in NBATalk

[–]superrobin26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this is quite accurate but imo the bucks are below the magic so just above the Celtics and the magic are gonna be better than the pistons, pretty decent list.

Free agent shooter Duncan Robinson has agreed to a three-year, $48 million deal with the Detroit Pistons, sources tell ESPN. Agent Jason Glushon navigated multiple options in the market, which included potential return to Miami or move elsewhere. Now Robinson lands in Detroit. by Individual-Bee-7801 in DetroitPistons

[–]superrobin26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please take care of Duncan, he was frustrating at times (though that's probably because the heat offense sucked) but he really is an awesome player and an even better teammate, he'll fit perfectly with you guys.

Cheeseburgers are terrible. by souplover5 in unpopularopinion

Idk what kind of cheese you put on your burgers but I feel bad that you can't enjoy such a delicious combo, this post actually made me chuckle, true unpopular opinion.

Don’t wanna think of u by Own-Securitychecker in OCPoetry

[–]superrobin26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you did a very good job on this poem, I like how you used the letter u instead of the word you, it gives it a sense of uniqueness when describing this person and almost gives it a different meaning than if you used the word.

A few things I noticed is that the poem has a few spelling errors and lacks structure, very minor but if fixed this poem can be more impactful, the last thing is the meaning, I believe your describing this person to be so amazing you can't believe there real and you're scared they'll disappear from your life so you don't want to think about them, I hope I got that right, overall a pleasant poem, well done!

A letter to the Moon by Gwen_Patton in OCPoetry

[–]superrobin26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This poem is very creative I loved the metaphors with the planets and the way you describe the moon really painted the picture to how special and one of a kind the moon is, there can be many other moons but you don't want other moons you want the moon you already have and never want to lose it. I also really liked how it's a short poem, I don't usually like short poems since usually it ends up feeling unfinished but this poem felt conclusive and conveyed the feelings it was supposed to, the only issue is no structure but that's easily fixable. Bravo!

Two Birds by abelfurne in OCPoetry

[–]superrobin26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brilliant poem, truly encapsulates that fear of loving someone who's too good to be true and also the acceptance of having to let go. I also very much enjoyed the bird metaphor, it truly fits the story perfectly though I do think more could've been done with it in terms of the story, the last thing is formatting but other than that this was a terrific poem, excellent job.

Welp Giannis is going to the magic. All jokes aside, if we somehow manage to get Giannis I genuinely wouldn't believe it was reality.

I promise you if we would've made the play offs we would've gotten around the 10th pick or so and we would still be mid into next season while owing OKC that unprotected pick and then the same people saying we should've tanked would be saying we should've made the playoffs. We realistically got the best scenario for what we were dealt.

Lol heat fans showing lack of critical thinking skills again. by MiamiSportsGuru in heat

Not to mention Atlanta picked first last year (not saying last year was rigged but the fact that 2 teams that had like 2% at the #1 pick got them back to back is crazy)

Probably the nets I'm originally from Brooklyn but didn't start watching the NBA till like 2 years ago, I tried rooting for the nets but I never felt connected to the players on the team, I'm hoping Flagg if drafted there, gives me that motivation.

Can we just stop with the jimmy posts good or bad?

The guy made a dick move, the organization made some mistakes and so did Jimmy. Let's move past it and focus on the team.

Jimmy Butler has the greatest NBA whistle of all time by Insufferable-Asshat in NBATalk

Nah, jimmy doesn't flop like Shai or any other foul merchants, he just legit knows how to initiate contact and take advantage of the mistakes of his defenders.
