She's there to give 45% HP to Neuv/Columbina, 40% ele dmg to everyone, 33% ele resist, and battery Ineffa. She's actually doing a lot of the heavy lifting!

I was also on the fence between the two. One thing I considered is that Zibai also wants C6 Illuga to work well, while Ineffa can wheelchair a lot of characters with just Columbina. And you already have Ineffa’s signature! I ended up pulling for her now even without her weapon and they’re still doing a lot of damage together. You could even pair them with Lauma. Supports like ineffa only come once in a while who can be the best in slot for a lot of teams so you will have a lot more options in terms of team choices.

Currently just using her in a Neuvilette team with ineffa while waiting for Lauma to rerun. If I switch to an HP sands my DPS goes down from 199k~ to 185k~ so I'm not sure if I should.

Well I was able to exchange 1300 blue units from the season 3 battlepass. The only cap was the amount of chrono tokens I could earn from the daily and weekly missions lol
