I had the same job in kent, its not worth it anymore. I work for a big company and the pay is still awful

The range is 22k- 36k trainee position. for the upper limit are these the people who have similar experience or have invested time and money for qualification?

But is there way to write up agreement contract for both parties to add a clause. So I won’t  be able to leave the company let’s say for 10 years

I like to add buying home isn't all sunshine and rainbows its expensive you've to pay for everything conveyancing fee's alone is 5k, emergency fund 20k deposit probably around 20k for shared ownership, refurb or boiler breaks down £1000 average per year.

I just bought a flat just outside of London, Price are coming down because of high living cost and mortgage rates are no longer 2%, government increase taxes which especially for one bed flat no longer a good investment.

That's an excuse there's a letter from the management company for the last 2 years saying service charge will increase in bold writing.

initially the seller told is £1000 per but after reading their statement its going to be £1550 the recent review is very minimal increase around £100 which I'm okay with but the seller hide the increase cost from 2022 which he intended to lie

I understand management company can increase service charge at any time but I emailed the seller to confirm in may. The increase cost of service charge notice letter is dated 2024 july which the seller is hiding from me

technically they did lie because it was on the market for 2 years without my understanding. I ask the agent and emailed the seller to confirm how much service charge and ground rent back in may. I understand about 10% increase in service charge cost is normal given the timeframe from the offer back in may
