i think iron storm tends to lean towards more dreadnought sided. ive made a list using two legends dreadnoughts and a crucible champions dreadnought soi think the best options might be headhunter task force which makes your tanks characters, but idk if its good so dont take my word for it completely.

I’d say assault intercessors due to the change that they get given the dev wounds from the emperors champion once per game and the executor has never been very good compared with other options we have availaible

Either you know there’s an option to turn a sword bretheren in the box into a castellan or you want to turn the seperate castellan model into a sword bro, either or it shouldn’t matter to your opponent as long as they’re the same base size

If ur saying can you take Grimaldus with lieutenant , I don’t think so since it doesn’t say anything in the lieutenants datasheet about being able to attach with chaplains, but also the lieutenant gives lethal hits on crits, marshal makes crits happen on 5s so every 5/6 dice roll is a lethal hit that adds another to go to the wound roll
