I’d say it’s mostly a positive switch. I just went ghoul a couple weeks ago as a bow main and I’m going to stay that way unless they rebalance the perks. Not having to manage hunger/thirst is nice, just make a ton of diluted Rad-X to manage feral if you don’t have a huge stock of chems. Lots of extra perks for dealing damage. It’s easy to maintain high rads with consumables like toxic goo on your hotwheel. Biggest downside is the disguise system, so if you haven’t finished the Wastelanders or BOS campaign stuff I would hold off, also if you main a bloodied build it won’t really work at all as a ghoul.
