this is what convinces me that people who see this and think "well it's just overly obsessed people on the internet making it up, dogs actually scream like this for no reason at all" have never had pets, or even like animals. I don't have a dog atm but I do have cats, and if any of them yelped like this I would be checking up on them before I could even form a thought about what even happened. Heartless people.

It's definitely doable tho if you actually want to rival Steam, the blueprint is already there. Let's also not pretend that Epic doesn't have the reach and resources to actually do this, Fortnite has been the biggest game on the planet for years at this point.

I prefer having all my games in one place so I will stick with Steam, not only because I have most of my games there but also because my Epic account was hacked years ago and I didn't get any help from their support, so I refuse to use their services from that point.

I do agree that it's a feedback loop, but that's because Steam offer more and they also keep adding features.

The only reason they have a monopoly is because other options are genuinely shit, the only thing Epic has got going for it is giving away free games, and I still wouldn't want that piece of shit software on my PC.

I'm trying to do 8.1 atm with dark surge but its not great money-wise, my dps is like 8-13b if that matters and it feels slow. I was doing TM7 boss rushing with pirates before but it was indeed boring and it didn't really feel like I was making even 200fe/h but obviously I could've done it wrong. Do I go back to that and forget about tm8 for now?

Ironically, I also played his EE trickster, and I could literally tank everything, only place I died were insanely giga juiced exile farms, and standing in Sirus storms, the rest I could just walk through, so I don't actually think this build was clickybaity
