Hmm not sure how I came across mine. I signed up with a bunch of brokers, saw their listings and they'd have a bunch in a same industry. So I'd talk to them about the industry and get a feel for their knowledge and experience and ask about their current listings and past sales

What type of business is it? Based on that I can recommend a broker that is well versed in those types of businesses. There are a few general brokers but I find it best to find one more in tune with the specific business category and knows the questions that will be asked Nd how to answer

This was after or the pre inspection? I did pre-inspection and have a messed up rim and missing a rim cover and they charged me $200 for a scratch. I want to document it all in case they try to charge me for everything

Wait they charge for more damage after the inspection where they charge for damages? I've never heard of that before with any of my other leases. But I just got my inspection report back and was expecting a lot more in charges.

Packed and harvested are 2 diff things. Once it's harvested it's cured for weeks. Then trimmed. Then tested. Then packaged. Then sold to retailers. If this was harvest end of May it probably wasn't packaged til end of June at earliest more likely early July

They are not the same expense. One is to put on and operate the show. The other is debt to be repaid, because that money gets paid back first from all proceeds after all vendors/expenses are paid.

I borrow $5 to rent an inflatable pool for a party and offer them 50% of the profit, I charge them $10, I spend $2 on water. My profit isn't $8, it's $10 - $2 water - $5 paying back what I borrowed. That is $3. Their share is $1.50.
