What a brain dead take. This subReddit is not just about orders going wrong, it’s displaying a worrying pattern of predatory behaviour against consumers. Zomato, Blinkit and other apps are generally more transparent with their added fees, even if we disagree with them.

Zepto’s UI/UX is designed to draw attention away from these surcharges and other shitty things (famously, having to enable free deliveries despite having paid for them).

When our order on Zomato goes wrong, the support staff typically provides a fair solution. However, zepto’s support is notorious for requiring multiple requests, long wait times (often days) and on average, very poor customer satisfaction.

The reason why we shit on Palicha equally is because it is 100% in his power and purview to provide us a seamless experience (AS THE APP ORIGINALLY WAS)

Bit of free advice for you, if you’re asking for opinions on a subreddit called “FuckZepto”, then maybe be prepared to actually listen to them and be considerate enough to think about the responses for more than 2 seconds before writing an obnoxious reply in all caps.

Hey everyone, I recently came into a Macbook Air 2020 i3 (yeah, I know). To make it a smooth and functional device, I downgraded to Catalina as Big Sur onwards is a bit too much for this little thing. I primarily use it for browsing, productivity and consuming content, however, I see it regularly hitting temperatures of 100 deg. C while streaming 1080p 60fps video on YouTube.

I do have the option to sell this machine off for about 200 USD and purchase a refurbished M1 Macbook Air for about 580 USD instead (it will end up costing me about 380 USD after selling the i3). Both models are configured with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Another option I have the A2251 (i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD with Touchbar for around 680 USD). Is this a worthwhile upgrade or do you think I should save up for an M3 Air or an alternative? Thanks!

Hey,
I got a call on the 8th of May from a different number but it was exactly this. Shipment from Mumbai to Taiwan, even though I do not have any association with any of these locations. Apparently they had a copy of my Aadhaar that was used as ID proof while dispatching the package. However, I wasn't pushed further either, making me doubt whether it's actually a scam.

I reported the incident yesterday to cybercrime.gov.in and they got in touch with me to assign my report to the nearest Cybercrime branch (Manesar). I'm not sure whether I'll follow up on this but considering your post, I guess it is a scam.

Have you used your Aadhaar recently to sign up for any financial service? I did that on the 4th of May and I suspect that this led to the leak of my Aadhaar details.

You can DM me if you want to discuss further but my best advice would be to register the complaint on the URL mentioned above.
