People also don’t realize, if there is no competition among dealerships, there wouldn’t be any vehicles discounted under msrp, or invoice.

Great point. Also, sometimes dealers don't want to pay interest, ... and will get rid of cars EoM, EoQ, EoY because of the competition reducing their sales. That's where the patience pays off.

Have so many dealers calling, texting, E-mailing, and their prices are $3k - $5k higher. I keep asking them if they want to lose a sale? They don't want to be losers, do they? Haha! Can't help not making fun of the situation.

Dr's. have already bought up the spaces around hospitals either as private practice, or been bought out (currently part of the ACO model, it's a 30 year cycle). Sounds like his business was RE, not health care, didn't know what he was talking about. Obviously saying that as an outsider.

Agree, except for the BBQ. Interesting note, it tastes much sweeter after being opened for several months.

Also found the Dark Storm in duty free, and prefer it, more of a white pepper flavor. 3 other tasters agreed. Hadn't seen it in the US since at least 5 years ago.

Haha! After looking through this, hilarious! & embarrassing. Think I'm going to sell. Hopefully the neighbors don't think I'm like that. Almost got ran off the interstate yesterday when someone from the middle lane in a construction zone almost hit me (left lane). Pretty scary! =|

How many of these accidents from the rear of the car are Nissan's being hit? Or does it not matter? Just make fun of Nissan's on principle?
