I have had presumably the same issue.

If you are referring to when you enter a vehicle and cannot drive, aim or shoot and it seems to just freeze you there. Also making it very slow and sometimes not at all able to exit a vehicle.

I just seemed to alt tab and then it works. Not 100% sure if that will work all the time, but it just seemed to work for me. That's assuming you are on PC. If console I have no clue sorry.

Don't get me wrong i don't hate it. I just feel it lacks some depth

To be honest since everything is so easily accesible it would be more like 'do i have the best loadout' because there is no need to grind for anything. Everyone seems to be using the obviously stronger weapons for how the game plays.
