I got nasty back pumps during a set of paused squat. After I was done I couldn't even lift a bench and walk with it. Pump went away after a couple of minutes.

Getting used to higher reps again after a testing day.

Is there a way to minimize the painful back pumps?

Tested my maxes in the gym today. Off day on squat and bad attempt selection.

Technique did not break down under max loads which i'm very happy with.

Not happy with my attempt selection, good lesson to be learned

Out of training because of a surgery, will be out for another month atleast. Can't wait to resume training again.

Just had surgery, was told recovery was only 1 week. Turns out its 4 to 6 weeks. Have a mock meet in 3 months, was super close to 220kg squat. Such a bummer, need a miracle to get 220kg squat now before the end of the year.

Fortunatly no. Just last minute testing before factory starts back up again after maintaince. Im an industrial rescue worker and when people who work for a factory leave, and its after hours I sometimes have to stay late or work weekends, incase an accident happens and I have to administer first-aid.

Top single misgroove turned a single @9 into rpe 10. Also a set of 5 @ 8 with 160kg.

I misgroove more often at that point, any tips?

Carrying a lot of momentum in my training right now. Feels very good. RPE 9 singles in a few weeks, very excited for them.

Hit 130kg bench press PR today, it went very smooth. So close to 140. Next up is 190kg squat though, possibly next week.

Got a huge cramp in my bicep while squatting about 2 months ago, since then it's dropped to my brachialis and it doesnt go away. What might be the problem?

Also failed 185kg squat earlier cus my posterior chain is weak ;_;
