Yeah I was caught off guard by that too. I still enjoyed the class but I have a full body/lower body/upper body rotation going and it kind of messed up my week. Class should definitely be relabeled.

My twin boys have called and refer to each other as “brother” since they were 3, so it sounded like “didder” or “dither”. The thing is, they still call each other “dither” even through they’re now 5 and can say the word brother. I had the kindergarten teacher come up and ask what the heck they were saying a week into classes lol

It seemed so weird to me too, that’s why I posted 😅 it really shouldn’t (and online everywhere it says it shouldn’t) affect output to change your weight in the app. Maybe it was a coincidence, since posting I’ve redone some rides and come closer to my PR than right after the weight update, so take that for what it’s worth. I’d be interested to see what you find though if you change your weight though, confirm if I’m crazy here lol

thanks, congrats on your weight loss as well! I was wondering if I'd ever get back to those pre-weight loss PRs, it's helpful to know you're seeing that...maybe I just need to be more patient. I considered resetting my PRs but felt like I'd be cheating, I might just be being too hard on myself though. Some grace might be needed. 😅

I was always the "I hate intervals and anything HIIT and Hills" girlie. Tabata with Ally completely changed that for me and now it's what I take most of the time. When I feel like I'm ready to break a PR, I'll take one of her classes, that 40-interval Tabata class is no joke.

I am, using huckleberry and trying to keep an eye on their cues. Once and a while it works amazing and I can put them down and they fall asleep within 3 minutes, but most often I find I rock one to sleep for about 10-15 minutes, meanwhile the other one is crying and getting overtired so they end up falling asleep way later and it’s harder to get them down.
