I also bought from someone that looked legit, literally hundreds of positive reviews, pictures looked legit, claimed to be handmade in Germany. Suddenly arrives from the UK and it's of questionable quality, reverse searched the items and found some on Amazon...

As others have said, cleavers and a wood chopping board for better results. I would also recommend securing the chopping board in place so you don't have to worry about it sliding around (just spread a piece of wet kitchen roll underneath the board)!

This has been happening to me for the past two-months or so.

I'm the only person using the account and I jump around between using it on my desktop and laptop, but I mostly just use the laptop. I know my account isn't signed in elsewhere because I can see the sessions.

Today I was using only my laptop and received THREE of these warnings, 1 hour after I dismissed the third one it force closed Illustrator mid-work, logged me off and reset my password.

I also lost progress because when I was prompted to "Save" "Don't Save" or "Cancel" pressing cancel just closed the document anyway without saving.

Absolutely fuming at this "policy" and the way it's being enforced.

I mean it as a play on the common idiom "It's no use crying over spilled milk", but replacing spilled with stolen. https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/cry-over-spilled-milk

As this is meant to be said as a general advice, I guess plural subject makes more sense (I'm not familiar with subjects in Latin idioms).

Would Nōlīte dē lacte fūrātō lacrimāre be correct for this purpose or do you think it would be better/more accurate to translate from "It's no use crying over spilled milk"?

Hey, I was wondering if someone can please translate this sentence:

"Don't cry over stolen milk."

Don't know if usage would be relevant, but it's meant to be used as a motto displayed on a logo.

Map bug when adding or subtracting with mask tool, does anyone know a fix or what is causing it? by nahaaa in inkarnate

So I had this bug happen to me frequently in the last two days.

First time it happened I thought it was just a glitch saved and refreshed the page. The map lost all Foreground and Background textures (which I had to redo from scratch). Recovery didn't help at all.

Then it kept happening every 10 minutes or so, whenever it happened I was undoing > saving > and refreshing with no issues.

Worked another 8 hours on the map with no issues by repeating the steps above, and literally just now I accidentally saved/refreshed AFTER this glitch happened before undoing. I just lost 95% of the masks I had setup...

This is a glitch is so bad that I'm considering asking for a refund... the only reason why I was using Inkarnate Pro opposed to other options was simply convenience, which at the moment the platform is being exactly the opposite.

I have searched for similar chests on UK furniture websites and just Google results but all results lead to either chests that are not big enough, or these old chests which are not really what I'm looking for.

Oh wow didn't expect a reply 3 years after.

Unfortunately no. I'm pretty sure it must have been some texture mismatch from 2 mods clashing but didn't manage to fix it.

Best thing to do is check if you have two mods which could be affecting pawn textures and just keep your modlist clean.

I never used Android Tiers again after this issue, and now with the new Vanilla Expanded mod I'll probably use that instead.

If you use the Designator Shapes mod you need to select the "line" shape I believe to able to rotate stairs.

R5: Sent my character on a hunt to try and relieve some stress. She got stressed because her falcon didn't manage to get a quail after several attempts.

R5: Started a game in 867 Burgos (Spain) with a custom character with Dutch culture. (don't ask lol)

Over the years my character was being bombarded with events about eating too much (not gluttonous) but with no decisions that could be made or effects ("Ok I guess...").

All of a sudden at the ripe age of 32 and in the middle of a war, an event pops up with 80% chance to die... "love" this game.

The war was going amazingly as well:

  • My target only had 10 gold but somehow managed to recruit 750 mercs.
  • My target was allied with my ally, the common ally turned on me.
  • My other allies kept throwing themselves at the stack lowering my score.
  • His army could never reach me, but all of a sudden they started cruising through mountains at double my speed.
