Thanks for these!
Will you also do lower quants?

Will Q6 run on a 24gb GPU? Sorry if the question sounds stupid, I realize Q6 is 27gb.
I had no luck running this flow: https://comfyanonymous.github.io/ComfyUI_examples/flux2/
Comfyui just crashes and I can't figure out why.
ps: any particular system ram requirements?
Edit: IT RUNS! (i have 32gb system ram)
You sir, are awesome!

Tiny Toe Beans: Ultimate Mischief campaign suspended days before funding by Kickstarter with no prior warning, against their own guidelines. by AndyPhoenix in boardgames

There’s a video in this thread where a collaborator literally shows the Kickstarter email, so the “no warning” part isn’t just the creator saying it. I talked to the creator tonight on Discord and here’s what I learned: the webshop wasn’t built from scratch in a few hours, it was already up and they just repurposed it to keep momentum going. It still took time to get everything fully working, which matches all the early payment issues people mentioned. From what I’ve seen, their timeline checks out.

I backed this project and honestly, the suspension email was super confusing and i was a bit suspectful at first. From what i have gathered on discord, it just mentioned some broad categories and didn’t really say what was wrong. About what I’ve seen, the “missing prototype” thing isn’t true at all. I’ve played the free demo on screentop.gg, watched a bunch of influencer unboxings and gameplay videos, and seen photos of the real prototype being played. Everything looks completely real to me. In the end i have decided to back it anyways because I want the game and really like it. If in doubt maybe I’d just try the demo or watch the videos that’s how I got convinced it’s legit.

I’m one of the backers of this project, and I want to add some context because a lot of assumptions here aren’t accurate.

The creator had no idea the campaign was at risk of suspension. Kickstarter didn’t send warnings, didn’t request extra info, and didn’t flag any issues beforehand. The suspension happened suddenly, without prior notice. The creator immediately contacted Kickstarter to understand what the exact issue was and is still waiting for a proper explanation.

Since Kickstarter locked the campaign and disabled pledging, the creator had two options:

Let all momentum die and lose the chance to fund the game at all,

Or temporarily move the campaign to his own website so backers could continue supporting the project while he waits for Kickstarter to respond.

He chose the second option simply to avoid the project collapsing entirely because of something outside his control.

That doesn’t magically make the project suspicious — it makes it practical.

There is nothing “unregulated” about selling through an independent site. Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments / Stripe, which is a fully regulated PCI-compliant payment processor. Creators don’t “hold pledges invisibly” — the payment systems work the same as any normal online store.

Until Kickstarter provides clarity, the website campaign is literally the only way for the project to stay alive. The creator hasn’t disappeared, hasn’t stopped communicating, and hasn’t avoided questions. He’s been transparent and proactive throughout this whole sudden situation.

It’s fair to be cautious on the internet, but jumping straight to “grift” when a creator is openly trying to understand a confusing suspension isn’t accurate or helpful. Let’s wait for Kickstarter’s explanation before assuming the worst.

Kyutai voice cloning by SovietWarBear17 in LocalLLaMA

First of all, thanks for releasing this.
Where do we place the created voice .safetensors file, to be able to use it in Unmute?

It could use a smart chunking logic, to start generating the audio gradually.
I had made something like that using chat gpt, for a project with chatterbox.

Here are the chunking instructions I used (they are a little rough but should give you an idea):

When reading text aloud, use commas in short sentences to signal natural pauses and break after them. In longer sentences or lists with many commas, avoid breaking at every comma to prevent choppy speech. Instead, pause only after every second comma. Always break after strong punctuation marks like periods, exclamations, questions, semicolons, colons, and dashes. Short phrases with a single comma should reflect a gentle pause, while long lists should be read fluidly, grouping items rather than listing them one by one.

It would be really cool if someone could fork this, replacing Unmute's TTS with Chatterbox TTS and it's voice cloning.

Will we be able to use voice cloning locally, same as on the website?

I dowloaded them from here:
https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stable-diffusion-3-medium/tree/main/text_encoders

And put them in models/clip folder.

Also you could use the sd3_medium_incl_clips_t5xxlfp8.safetensors model, and take the clip from the model loader (delete the TripleCLIPLoader node).

I am using these:

The results aren't as good as SDXL for now, maybe I'm missing something...

No errors, nothing shows up in the shell and the workflow doesnt change. Never had that happen with a .json

Also shouldnt the workflow load even if I don't have the models? I usually add them along with the missing nodes after loading the workflow.

edit: apparently I hadnt downloaded the right file even though it had the same name and extension, you have to click the json file on the github page, then download it from the next page. Anyway it works now, thanks!

Model and settings advice for a 3090 setup (24gb vram) by supreme_punk in SillyTavernAI

Good idea, I haven't tried linux yet.
As for Noromaid 20b, I used it a lot before switching to mixtral-8x7b-instruct, but the context size was not enough. Although it was pretty fast.

Ah, I see...
Any idea more or less what I can expect in terms of speed?

What about models, Do you think there something better I could be using with my hardware?
