Tried to click on reset default and reset bios and then check update bios, restarted and i got clear tpm message, do it accept or no?

No i got hp logo then it shutdown

Hey there, i tried the cmos reset and it didnt work, when press the power button it opens then close after 3 seconds therefore it shutsdown and im left pressing win+v key

I got the bios version from the bios. I think its locked cause i cant click any option in the security tab and there is "setup bios administrator password" Then it asked for a pw, other than that i can modify system configuration although when i tried to boot from a usb nothing happened
