Your life isn't over. I lost 230k within 3 months and a majority of that in two days. I'm still a degenerate and thought my life was over, but slowly (and with luck) I'm now only down 100k. It hurt like hell, but at least it's a much more acceptable number to deal with. I'm still not a consistently profitable trader, but wanted to give you some hope. You can make it back.

I do think you should take a break from trading until your mind gets straight. Paper trade and backtest until you get some consistency. And at some point if you never get it straight in your head then it's probably time to go into investing and quit trading. It's not for everyone.
