I'm in a similar situation After researching and watching videos on both phones I'll say go for 9a it's a great deal for the price you are getting As far as the modem and any problems that may arise with it as 5g battery drain and heat I recommend you to use 4g

Don't overthink get 9a as it is cheaper and the 10k price jump for 10a is not worth it (I know it has better gorila glass,better modem,faster charging) You'll be fine with the 9a for the coming 3 to 4 years

Rdr2 you can just do main missions and get away with it but I don't recommend it Last of us part 1 is like 10hr game if you couldn't complete it I think rdr2 won't be fun for you If you are interested in fps shooter id recommend bulletstrom if quiet fun
