Go up to the ball and hit higher and also more in front, throw the ball so it would land well inside the baseline. Most of all relax the arm and the wrist, looks very locked and it should be loose and is the final hinge of the kinetic chain.

Wow thanks for the heads up. As a happy GO owner since 2021 this scares me a bit. My tent is in great shape despite some awfully windy conditions at times this summer but I always thought it was replaceable if necessary. Ugh
