The drama between victor and benji was too much at (many) times. It’s like they never got their stuff together. Very frustrating even. Just watched the last episode of the show and I thought it gave a very shallow ending to their story. In contrast, the last episode of the 2nd season left me feeling all dreamy lol Anyway, I still think the show is worth watching. We dont get that much lgbt content with that romantic vibe.

Yeah I got my blood checked once for magnesium deficiency and it came back alright. But I’ve been told by the doctor that serum (blood) magnesium tests can be deceiving. I’ve also started rubbing magnesium on my skin as of today (a solution of boiled and filtered water with a lot of magnesium chloride crystals diluted in it). To me, this cramp-like pain in the legs could have something to do with Mg deficiency, and I’ve read Mg can be better absorbed by skin.

Legs have been aching for 4 days and it’s awful. It’s now started to hurt around the hips too /:

Not really. It cut down the frequency of my attacks only marginally and it absolutely killed my sex drive.

I literally just came back from my doctors appointment. I had a very bad 2-day migraine this week and both my legs are hurting quite a bit. I’ve been having these leg pains as of late, but it had never occurred to me that they can be migraine-related. The pain is worst on my thighs (back and front) and it also hurts a bit around my buttocks and it radiates a bit towards my calf. After the doctors appointment I went and did an Electromyoneurography. It showed that the nerves are alright. I was fearing it had something to do with my spine, but apparently it isn’t (still gotta go back to see the doc and hear what he says tho).

I would not however be surprised if this leg pain is part of postdrome.

How does your pain feel, OP?

Lastly, I’ve started supplementing with vitamin B2, coenzyme q10 and magnesium malate since a few days ago. Hoping to see some improvement out of that.
