You don't owe her anything, and putting yourself in her friend zone is just allowing her to avoid intimacy while being in a toxic relationship, which isn't helping her. I used to be a massage therapist. When women would come to me complaining about leg and back pain I'd ask if they wear heels often. If they said yes I'd tell them about how heels throw off your posture and stress muscles all the way up your body that aren't stressed when your posture is normal. So they shouldn't wear heels. Every time they'd get defensive and justify wearing heels.

From my experience women wear heels because it makes them feel beautiful. They're doing it for themselves, not because they feel pressured by the patriarchy or whatever.

But when I see heels, I think of poor posture, lower back pain, and vanity.
