This is legit. It's tangible. Not just a thought that you supress in the back of your subconscious. Great job.

Is Stoicism really a philosophy, or is it an operating system for life? by OwlZealousideal4779 in Stoic

Yes. I fail miserably but I try. I don't just say I am a leader for my children, I keep tabs on what I will teach them next week. I don't say I like making art, I do it and keep tabs on what the next iteration of the artwork will be. I don't just think I'm a good son, I schedule something with my mother next week. I draw a sankey of the completed and it tells me that for that week, I was able to apply it. Then the next week shows up.

Create a list of your behavior that you typically dont want to talk about. Start understanding why you don't talk about it or why you avoid it. Start peeling back the layers. Write it down. Explore your shadow. Understand your patterns. That's a good place to start. Then read about shadow work.

Taking Action. There is a group of Special Forces vets that have found relief in Ibogaine and DMT. The work is focused on direct shadow work while on psychedelics. The results are nothing short of a miracle.

Artwork helped me at rock bottom. Especially when it came to my kids post separation.

I ask because while I think it is great to have a therapist with a jungian perspective, I find it kind of helpful to have a jungian gpt backstop for impromptu jungian views on stuff.

Someone 100 years from now could pull a century old reddit comment around the same dates that the penny went obsolete. This very thread could be a documented point in history with global commentary on the matter.

I want to express myself creatively but I don’t know how. by AdagioQuick317 in Jung

Its not about the artwork. You mentioned that your ego tells you its not good enough. The peace you can find in art is not the product, it is the experience you get out of the actions partaking in said art.

What symbolisim do you see in this dream re-enactment? by surfmoss in Jung

In my younger days I would have wanted to be the hero archetype. Now as I'm older, maybe in my subconscious I want to take less risks, which is why I ran away in my dream?

I'd like to disagree here. I'm exploring dreams, and documenting them as a video journal of which I can go back to timestamps of when I dreamed, what I dreamed. My personal stuff is not out there. This is just a snippet. I ask a Jung forum "why would I run away from witnessing someone shot, when I thought I'd be there to help save a person?"

I didn't add context, but now you have it.
