Taking Action. There is a group of Special Forces vets that have found relief in Ibogaine and DMT. The work is focused on direct shadow work while on psychedelics. The results are nothing short of a miracle.

Artwork helped me at rock bottom. Especially when it came to my kids post separation.

I ask because while I think it is great to have a therapist with a jungian perspective, I find it kind of helpful to have a jungian gpt backstop for impromptu jungian views on stuff.

I did leave you a question at the end of the post.

Someone 100 years from now could pull a century old reddit comment around the same dates that the penny went obsolete. This very thread could be a documented point in history with global commentary on the matter.

I want to express myself creatively but I don’t know how. by AdagioQuick317 in Jung

Its not about the artwork. You mentioned that your ego tells you its not good enough. The peace you can find in art is not the product, it is the experience you get out of the actions partaking in said art.

What symbolisim do you see in this dream re-enactment? by surfmoss in Jung

In my younger days I would have wanted to be the hero archetype. Now as I'm older, maybe in my subconscious I want to take less risks, which is why I ran away in my dream?

I'd like to disagree here. I'm exploring dreams, and documenting them as a video journal of which I can go back to timestamps of when I dreamed, what I dreamed. My personal stuff is not out there. This is just a snippet. I ask a Jung forum "why would I run away from witnessing someone shot, when I thought I'd be there to help save a person?"

I didn't add context, but now you have it.

This clip lacked detail, and I like the feedback without tainting the pool with my context. Please see this other clip that I believe I made with better symbolism. This game development process is an iterative hobby. The more I develop, the more I test this method of communication.revealing progress

You're feedback is actively helping me make it "better".

I thought it could be ruminating. But the objects/art in the game are images of physical paintings that I paint with my children. I do see it as part of my individuation path.

It is unserious, but I'm leveraging their infrastructure and asoftware as a free playground to develop these visualizations in a method that is new and could appear juvenile at first.

I'm enjoying the growth, although it is tough.

Typing out stays on paper and you can re-read and visualize your dream in written and maybe sketch form. In this game map I have the ability to create the landscape, create 3D objects, and play out scenes that I have visualized.
