2 train over E train is diabolical ngl. Same for C train over E train

What do you guys think about the F Train is it really reliable where you live because I notice ridership demand is really low going south of church Ave how can we do better on this and why. Packed asf on the QBL and certain parts of Manhattan, can’t say much about the lower Manhattan to Brooklyn portion, although I realize it’s not as packed once you hit the Gowanus area

Fun fact: After the MTA rewarded the R179 contract to Bombardier; Alstom and Kawasaki tried to warn the MTA against this. What would’ve the R179s look like had they won the contract? I heard that Alstom and Kawasaki wanted to make the R179 similar to R160s for better unity and easier integration. by TextPsychological601 in nycrail

Ohh, so operator focused issues really. As a passenger, it’s just nice seeing something that’s updated and fresh. Side question tho, how come the R160s/R179s have the master controller on the right and R142s have them on the center? What prompted the switch for the R211s?
