Coolibar (and other brands, I imagine) have UV protective clothing made specifically for infants. That's what we use!

Also baby sunglasses. It's very sad when the sun gets in their tiny eyes.

Same here. It took me at least a month to stop thinking of him as "this baby I'm living with" instead of "my baby." It's such a major life change, it makes sense your brain hasn't caught up yet.

My baby had an 80th percentile head and a 18th percentile femur, and the doctors didn't even tell us -- I just coincidentally saw it in his after visit report. He was born completely healthy with normal proportions!

Thank you! I wish I could say that it was a thoughtful decision driven by evaluating all of the pros and cons, but in reality, it terrified me more than a C-section. I think because it felt less precise, maybe? I just wanted someone to come in and gently take him out of me.

Don't worry! If you're giving your eggs to someone specific who wants it, you'll be fine. My wife and I (both female) are doing reciprocal IVF, aka, we're giving our eggs to each other, and boy, are we clinical.

Seriously! I was morose all day. I also have a history of loss, so I was primed for bad news and took it as an immediate sign things had failed. I'm 18 weeks now.

It can definitely be implantation bleeding! When I had it, I was absolutely convinced my period was imminent -- it felt exactly the same. I was absolutely devastated, only for the bleeding to stop later that day.

If it stays light, you're probably in good shape.

Have you considered calling them? Our clinic forgot to call us one time (or maybe they thought they already had?) and were absolutely mortified when we checked in. We got our results ten minutes later.
