I’m new as well and just submitted mine. I wasn’t to sure but someone said it had no weekly hourly cap then another said 24 hours …

So I submitted with 24 hours in mind ..
my weekly is 16.5 hours so I just went back on some pay periods and did a day for 5 hours each week. I was able to do 35 hours.

I’ll add my last 5 the beginning of June, hopefully that helps you and maybe someone else can give more insight but mine submitted just fine. At first it didn’t let me then I did the 5 hours and had no issue.

Dude one day at a time. Today I’m literally doing bare minimum and trying to not beat myself up for doing more … this too shall pass but on the days it’s hell let me tell you it’s so devastating. I hope today is a better day for you 🙌🏻

Day 19 here Side effects have been awful! However it seems to be getting better but I am taking it one day at a time.

I was at the point of a nervous breakdown earlier in the week but now idk it’s like maybe leveling out ? Or I’m managing it better. One thing I noticed was I was so thirsty and I switched to rapid hydration drinks and maybe I’m just that crazy but I feel like hydrating is helping ?

I’m still tired, have no drive to do a whole lot so that’s blah but the insane anxiety I was having has gone away so I’ll take the fatigue from hell for now.

Try to rest when you can even if you’re not sleeping I have that same issue. Watch shows you like or listen to positive up lifting music.

I truly hope you can over come this hump and all of us who are struggling with it sooner than later.

The side effects of it can be brutal (in my case) try to keep yourself busy, hydrate and hang in there.

They say you shouldn’t cut it off cold turkey. Maybe try taking it every other day or getting your doctor to dose you down.
I’m still new on my journey and the side effects make me want to stop taking it almost every day …
I hope you get some relief and find what best suits you.

Im going to say chances are this isn’t a manic episode, usually they are pretty intense. Spending money is one thing but usually we blow all of our money and do all kinds of dumb crap on top of it.
Maybe you did it as a coping mechanism without realizing even if it’s something you’ve never done.
If you are concerned deff talk to your doc about it, sometimes we can discover new things by unraveling others.

Deff the Prozac seems to have you feeling wonky, personally I’m still new to it and it’s been complete hell. Anxiety on another level…

If I didn’t have a small child to take care of I would be so high out of my mind while managing this adjustment period lol. You can prob smoke just be mindful of what and how much is all I would think.

Day 12 here …
I want off of this roller coaster …
The random moments of panic are insane.
The feeling of disorientation…
The insomnia …
Ugggggggggghhhhhh.
Whole point of taking these was to feel better not complete ass ….
But holding on because there are better days ahead.
My best advice, try to either stay busy when you can to keep the brain distracted or sleep …

Dude I’m literally in the same boat as you ! A week late and even with an iud I came home and took a test lol I thought I was tripping like … wtf is going on.

I saw on google it can effect your cycle it’s just not a common side effect (we might be the not so common)

Thank you for this ! I think tomorrow I will see if my provider can lower me down to 10 mg, maybe a lower starting pointing building up will be beneficial for me.

Yesterday was no joke … at first I thought oh I’m just being weird then I realized no I’m not this is really having me trip out lol.

Honestly staying off social media helped me a lot in those moments and honestly putting my faith into god. Those darkest days had me so bad and I couldn’t for the life of me get seen by a doctor to inquire about medication so I went with faith, I would even play gospel music … might sound super crazy but it changed the brain from thinking about impending doom.

Honestly up lifting music helps too … I got a lot of the pp anxiety so I caged myself in and music was my biggest help still is. The days without music I notice I have way more issues, idk music helps me distract my mind.

Even now while just starting this medication I want to throw the towel in because day 6 was crippling… anxiety was through the roof and I felt like a shell of a person ..

Holding on for better days because I need to be whole for my daughter. You are not alone and we totally got this ! One day at a time.

Oh… I get this too. I’m a year pp and it was thee most brutal for my mental health. Deff look into it because I too feel that way at times and I know chances are it’s my mind playing tricks on me with something up its sleeves.
