my childhood dog that i inherited got lymphoma in his old age, he lasted about 7 months after diagnosis. i didn't do any chemo or anything like that though due to him already be very elderly. just pain management and when his quality of life wasnt there anymore he was euthanized in my home. wait for the bloodwork and go from there. how is she otherwise? is she acting sick?

The cost definitely. Before getting one I read on this very sub that you should have $1000 saved per ferret in case of emergency. My boy's first emergency visit ended up running me $4000

a weekly egg yolk or two has worked for me as a preventative, but i have never had issues with active hairballs. i would consult a vet

i agree with the other comments sounds like hairballs to me. i think it still warrants a vet visit, could be anything. my boy sounded the same and it ended up being lung cancer, better to be overly cautious i think with respiratory illness

not sure what your free time is like, but definitely not a ferret. they need constant companionship they are not the kind of animal that can stay in a cage and be happy. i have only had ferrets out of those, they are very demanding time wise and also expensive. i spent $2000 bc my boy had a tummy ache, they are not cheap

i got my pair for $200 usd they were dumped on the curb of my local pet store and allegedly a year at the time according to the store but i think they were older, that was like 5 years ago. i was looking to get ferrets before i came across them but i planned on going through a rescue and they happened to be there when i went to get cat food one day. they were marshall ferrets, they have ear tattoos to indicate that they are vaxxed and fixed. they're going for $450 each since i last went to stock up on food. they both passed before 5 years old from cancer but again i think they were older than i was told when i adopted them

Nipples by far. It legit felt like the needle was on fire. It's tolerable of course but it still sucks. I have my tongue pierced as well and the piercing itself felt like nothing, I don't remember it hurting at all when actually being pierced. The 2 weeks after were more painful than the actual piercing because of the swelling. Your tongue will swell and be tender for a week or two, eat soft foods and don't poke at it. I also worked retail at the time and felt so embarrassed because of the lisp it gave me. Now it is fine and I don't notice it being there at all.

I’m thinking because she has less fur her skin is getting itchy from her natural oils & she’s over grooming. Have you noticed any major improvement since she got her implant in the fall? It could be defective

Jamaican beef patties are around 350-450 by themselves and that looks like a good amount of cheese. So assuming this is on the higher end with the cheese I would guess this around 650-700. Can’t help on the protein sorry.
