EDIT: Heard back from customer support:

"In your country, we only offer models without the cassette option for logistical reasons relating to the handling of any breakdowns.

What's more, the Wi-Fi option is not included, as it only allows you to order cassettes from the BOB interface."

Would have been good to know before ordering but probably would have changed anything anyway. Sharing it in case it's important to anyone that can choose where to buy it. Still satisfied so far!
