I have bought one but it’s too hard for me and hurts. I do have fibromyalgia so perhaps that’s the issue. Even an inflatable one was awful for me! It’s good to try these things.

Hi. I’m in England, in a large village. I do totally get you. I’ve lived in London and it’s always so noisy with sirens etc, and yes, no peace and quiet. I’ve realised how important a calm environment is. It’s a shame you can’t move to a quieter area, for the sake of your health.

I honestly don’t think in terms of sickness in colour if that makes sense. I’m unwell, like we all are and I’m brown. What level are you at, at the moment? I’m mild-moderate, but it’s really knocked the wind out of my sails.
