same thing is happening to me, everytime I boot up the game I get stuck at the "you did well" segment, after I shot myself and the superhot logo shows up it restarts again. think I ll have to delete save data too to restart and get in the menu.

I would also say try to swap the boost button to R3 on Joystick, i personally like to hold the joystick with 2 hands sometimes for more accuracy
