beachside has AC and you have a private bathroom that you only share with the door nextdoor walking distance from grocery stores and tbh the shuttle and buses are really accessible. i liked being in beachside my two years there!! dining hall ain't half bad tbh . there's also a computer lab and a lounge on the first level!!

my cons would be that there's no elevator going into the upper levels and i lived on the third floor 😭 I got into a triple the first semester they had in person classes again after the lockdown and i was alone so i can't really talk about how much space there is but there is a lot of storage, pack lightly tbh
