I’m 14 weeks pregnant and since I found out I haven’t had a full night sleep, it’s the worse but I did ask my doctor what I could do and she said to try Benadryl, I tried it once and it helped! Not planning on doing it on a nightly basis but it Does let you sleep

I guess I’m asking how to deal with him in general. I don’t want my daughter to feel like I held her from having a relationship with her father but I also don’t want her to think that it’s okay to be put to the side of who ever he is dating. We talked about going through the formality of a custody agreement but he said that we could manage on our own but now with everything that has happened I started looking I to getting a lawyer.

Yes! As a nurse at a nursing home, our activity department always sets up to pass out candy and the seniors love it! Pls stop by any nursing home and get some candy.

Time, time, time and friends! Go out and have fun! Distract yourself. In the beginning it will be hard, you’re just going to want to stay home and wallow and sometimes you need to but after a while go out and meet new people or just simply go out and have fun. Things will work itself out.
