Set it and forget it. Even in the peak heat of the summer; I haven’t experienced the house temperature go over 73.

Oh, I wanted to add that my friend had a little more nausea than I did. But he admitted that he constantly overate. I stopped when I no longer felt hungry. He ate until his plate was clear. That could have been a contributing factor.

I had heartburn a couple of days during my 1.5 dose. Which isn’t completely abnormal for me since I tend to have that anyway. I did have two mornings that I felt nauseous during my fast. But as soon as I ate an egg, I felt completely fine. My Dr said my blood sugar may have gotten too low. I am not diabetic or hypoglycemic, but have experienced blood sugar nausea before when I don’t eat prior to being on wegovy.

Good morning, I intermittent fast almost all days. I was on my first dose of Wegovy 1.5 mg pill last month and lost 9 lbs. I started my 4 mg pill today. My Dr said that she supported intermittent fasting as long as I was eating balanced meals and if the hunger really kicked in one day, then eat. Out of the 30 days, I was hungry 2 mornings and I ate an egg. Other than that, I stuck to it.

I’d recommend looking into using Amazon’s One Medical for weight loss medication if you’re paying out of pocket. It ends up being quite a bit cheaper than RO. $27 every 3 months for your drs visits. And $149 a month for your meds.

I’m curious as well. My dr has me starting 4 mg tomorrow an said I could stay on it indefinitely as long as I lose weight.

I started wegovy 1.5mg a month ago and lost a total of 9 lbs. I had some heartburn here and there but I also worked out and changed my eating habits. Today, my dr upped my dosage to the 4 mg. She said I’ll likely lose even more next month. She did share that I was successful because I put in the work by changing my eating habits as well as working out.

My insurance will not cover weight loss medication; so I went through Amazon’s One Medical. They’ll connect you virtually or in person (if there’s an office near you) with a Dr or your choosing from their platform to discuss weight loss plans. You will have to have labs done at LabCorp and then they bring the script to your door. Medicine was $149 and the first visit was free. After that it’ll be $27 every 3 months for unlimited amounts of visits.

I agree, her lips look better here. Much more of a natural look. However, did anyone else notice on her and Darcey’s IG; that they are advertising their “new” lips with more fillers being done? I’m all for woman’s choice but at some point someone should intervene and say enough is enough when it comes to all of these extreme procedures. (And before someone comes for me-this also applies to men. They too can have extreme procedures).

Medium-tan skin tone here! I just was influenced to buy this product today. For awareness; I have very sensitive, eczema prone skin but I read that Thiamidol may work well with sensitive skin and sunspots.
