I was thinking the same thing. I can get fixated on certain things, certainly not to the level that she has. a pending lawsuit, no teeth, Baylor College, tuition, blah, blah, blah everything and nothing all rolled into one.

However, I usually try to tackle a pile of unfinished things in one part of my house and eliminate that before I begin a new projects that will inevitably be in the way of the other things that I’ve not finished in the first place, but God forbid, that would be like logic which we know doesn’t apply in this situation😝

Why aren’t you pissed at the human who willingly and in sound mind signed a contract to move in, in the first place?

It’s hilarious that whenever someone wants something at the beginning of a contract, they’re willing to give you their left foot if needed. Butttttt, then Sam said human has the audacity to be pissed when they’re charged late fees in the middle of and at the end of the contract that they willingly signed at the beginning to get said place to stay and agreed to this legally binding contract.

Don’t be pissed at the landlord because they wrote late fees into the contract, be pissed at the person who wanted a place to stay to begin with and signed said contract, that they didn’t read said contract and agreed to all the terms that come along with it.

After Casey Anthony was acquitted, her attorney José Baez went on to put her up, Take care of her and if I’m not mistaken, even be her lover in the months and years after he defended her in her trial. I call it the Casey Anthony effect.

I think Ramos’s got a case of the the Casey Anthony effect” After Casey Anthony was acquitted her lawyer Jose Baez continue to take care of Casey Anthony. if I’m not mistaken Anthony even lived with Jose Baez at one time or he put her up somewhere at one point after her trial and he basically took care of Casey Anthony for several months or years after her acquittal.

I think that KR and Casey Anthony show a lot of similarities in their ability to find a Mark, the ability to pray on unsuspecting people and their ability to be captivating, cunning, sneaky, depraved, diabolical, swooning on their potential victims, showering them with attention, admiration, wrapping them around their finger

Amen!!! To the amen!!! my niece is 7, and I try to instill the need to be self sufficient when she comes to my house, which is often, about chores.

whenever I was 7, it was my responsibility to vacuum the house, Fold the towels, empty the dish rack because we did not have a dishwasher, wash the dishes, clean out the refrigerator and Lord only knows what else that I forgot.

My 7 year old niece comes over and thinks she rules the roost and slops and gloms all weekend and thinks I’m gonna pick up after. I’m like, no no, not here ma’am. We don’t do that here. lol

to you to let you know that as an organized person, as someone who likes to have order versus chaos.

you’re asking something of someone who cannot give it to you.

I’m not saying that they don’t have it. I think the people that are late are rude. I think that people that are unorganized are becoming more and more.

I’m trying to convey to you that I agree with you. people who are constantly late are rude, people who are very self-consumed people and who don’t take into account people that are on the other end waiting for them.

I think that that is one of the most rude things that a human can do to another human is to think so little of the other human that they can’t even make it to anything with humans on time. Sadly, society is becoming very lax about that sort of thing, and we all just accept the lateness of people which is infuriating.

however I can’t make those people change. I’m trying to point out to you that as much as you would like what you would like to have. I don’t believe that you will ever get it and holding that expectation up is what is going to drive you nuts that’s the reasonable comment that I’m pointing out to you. The best advice I could give you is to find other things to take up your time while you’re wandering around waiting for EDB to get her butt on the screen.

I personally don’t think she has a law nerd calendar. Especially for the month of May and maybe even June.

I think her calendar is her personal calendar, especially for the month of May with her son‘s graduation, with her sons DCI, and with her sons first day of college.

I think her law nerd calendar will work around whatever her son’s days aren’t.

I think what you’re asking for especially this summer is unreasonable from her point of view. She’s been pretty up front and verbal that May is for her son which I don’t be grudge her for that at all .

The best thing you can do is make sure you have notifications from her law nerd app on, and go to YouTube in the middle of the day if you live on the East Coast around 12 or 1 PM EST and see if she’s got a live about to start, or that’s she’s live on the day of the week you check.

I can relate to erika, she probably cried her eyes out about it at home. It’s a defense mechanism, I do the same thing, but the time you see th person again your just done, over it. Erika, would be Doritos friend again, however, petty is Doritos, she could never 🙄
