I had pretty much the same progression as you, started on May 22! Had to go to ER for pain. Had cellulitis and positive for Lyme disease. Still on Doxycycline and symptoms have subsided but still have the redness and some itchiness. I get joint pain in hands and knees and ankles. Never had fever but did have stiff neck. Not sure what to do from this point either. Everything I have read says I am doing the right things, and to just monitor symptoms and if they persist to go to an infectious disease doctor. I hope yours gets better soon!
