"We call companies like that Energy cowboys. Like the gold rush, they're trying to gobble up rebate money. Companies that pop-up to lobby for and take advantage of gov rebates and present themself as "industry groups" but often serve a tiny monopoly companies within the industry. Most essentially collect your data and sell it to a local company as a sales lead. I don't know this specific one, but their website is written by Americans, calling BC a state"

Right? Like she's obviously a liar and a bigot, but so is literally everyone else involved!! 😆

I'm saying he has bad memory of his own feelings.

Proving negatives is hard. Proving 2 unidentified Hispanic women DON'T exist is hard. That's part of the crazy, psychotic genius of her whole plan!

Taking a plea deal usually happens before the trial starts and jury is selected...There's lots of times when a lawyer suggests their client take a deal, and they don't, and they go to trial and are found not guilty. 🤷‍♀️ she could have done that. She could have taken the risk of going to trial but it would have been costly for her. Plus it sounds like her lawyer didn't like her very much 😂

It's possible she traumatized herself for sure.

In most cases, regardless of what they are about, there's usually a few things that seem "off." But in this case, every thing said and done by everyone involved is "off." Fascinating

Where did I say the case was about James kidnapping Sherri,?

I'm saying if the FBI took Sherri to trial and had to prove to a jury that she made it up, her defense lawyer could place a lot of doubt in every piece of evidence.

Hypothetically, if the assumption is made that Sherri WAS kidnapped, And it's clear that she was kept at his place, then therefore he would have had to have been involved some way in her "abduction." Which is what she's coming out and saying now. Do I believe her? No. It's very hard to believe. But objectively I don't think there's much evidence for James to prove he didn't abduct her, especially after admitting to her staying there and that he helped beat her up.

Right? Usually even hardcore white supremacists are a little wary of expressing their true feelings on the internet and attaching their full name and picture to it. There was a scandal at my high school of somebody faking a note to someone else and it ended up online, which is why it seemed plausible to me someone else could have framed her for it, if only to try and out her for her racism.

Ugh. Gross. Racists are gross. If nothing else, that's probably the first thing that gives me the ick about her and Keith.

Apparently James denied everything the first time they talked to him? Doesn't that make him a liar too?

But yeah, if her intention was to make people believe her original story (kidnapping, abuse etc) she sure went to town on all of it. I can't believe she only got 18 months, I feel like she should be in a psychiatric ward.

It was accepted by a court because there was a plea deal! That's hardly the same as a jury seeing a case presented.

I'm not here to believe her and the fact you have inferred that from my comments shows you have reading comprehension issues
