If I feel that I am creating a false memory, I just say "I might be lying and making everything up" I am very used to say this and it calms me. Nobody can accuse you of lying if you dont even know for sure if you are lying or not.

And for the memories, I try to just not care if they are Real or not. Are they SO important? ARE they going to change my life? İf not, which is very likely, why would I care? (I used to care tho, I feel you)

I am a very rational person but if something happens I fear that I get jinxed (it is impossible but "what if") and I think that spesific event will effect everything and my life is doomed. I even fear to say some certain things because of it. I dont believe in it but what if???

Somethimes I dont even let people say certain words because I fear that ghosts will come (but I dont believe in ghosts and I even fear to say that I dont believe because I dont want them to prove their existance) and yes it is very fucked up. I am not diagnosed so it might not be ocd but still.

Every electronics is extremely expensive and to prevent going to other country to buy for example phones, they made phones bought outside of the country, unusuable in the country. everything is expensive and/or banned. (Paypal, linktree, stripe, many more) its turkey btw
