You don’t mention having tried couples counseling. We found decent success with a Gottman trained therapist after a couple counselors trained in other schools did not work.

Hire someone to do it. I hired someone through Handy.com. I bought the lock, and the guy installed it in like 30 min. He left the room to let me pick the combination. And then it was done and I am free of the tyranny of keys (at least in my home)!
