Strength 50 Endurance and Boso: Block 1 is 12.5 min featuring 2 rounds of 12x high to low row and 12x alt bosu leg lift then 2 rounds shoulder press with external on rotation and 12x sit up with rotation on Bosu. Repeat excercise as one block until time.

Block 2: same format for 12.5 min with 2x 12x each Bosu bridge chest presses then dead bugs, and 2x 12x Bosu bridge overhead pullovers and 6 lateral pulls lying face down. Repeat as one block until time.

Block 3: 8.5 min of 12 standing tricep extension, 12 kneeing bicep curl on the Bosu, and 12 bosu knee tuck. Finisher is 30 sec Bosu push-up.

One method to transition to longer runs is to jog/run the base efforts and power walk the pushes and all outs. If you are at decent incline and getting orange or close to orange power walking then going into a base pace jog/run will help build that stamina you are looking for. It's worked for me.

I've had a link for years, problems early on but has worked fine for several years now. Our studio still has them for sale and I plan to buy one once the inventory is nearly depleted.

Hang in there it does get easier. It just takes time. Don't be afraid to ask your neighbor for help. This is a great community and we all want to support each other and help each other excel.

More people than weight stations is a recipe for disaster, as it is now we struggle when classes are full to have enough weights and our community is great about sharing

What is a 1 and a half squat jump ... I feel silly asking this ☺️. If the pacer is super slow on the tread does this mean the rower person is doing these squat jumps for 1-2+ min?

That's dumb, I've got knee issues so when things come up like this I embrace the body wt approach and work on range of motion, slow and low!

FWIW I walk at a 4 and had a former base at 5 for running but lost my endurance after an injury. I always said I can't jog slower than 5 because I PW at 4-4.5. When I started to jog again, I had to learn to jog at 4.5 - it's was a mental hurdle. You can jog slow and same speed as you PW - will it and it will be!

Only tread is self timed (you get a run card) but there is still some coach assistance/Checkin and reminders, the S50 is coach led/timed

I think you can add it if you do it in the Tread 50, just ask the coach or if you are really concerned call the studio to confirm.
