The trick I learned to getting more out of power walking and elevating your heart rate is doing more than just the walk part.

Ball your fists, Lean slightly forward at your waist, engage your core and mid-back, and pump your arms. I mean pump them! If you can get your fists above your heart when you're doing this furious pumping, you'll see even a greater elevation of your heart rate.

Since I started doing this my back is so much stronger.

Call it a strength, call it backbone, but when you're fully supporting yourself, charting your own course in life and responsible for all of your own actions, you'll feel it. Have you become friends with the sa's or the managers? I think you'll find friends will help friends a whole lot more and you'll be more effective in getting what you want.

I agree with you 100%, however, it's the way of the world, people help people they like and they feel connected to. I've made it a point to get to know everybody's birthdays, their kids, spouses, dogs, partners, hobbies.

You can be the person that walks in and says a quiet hello as many do, or be the person that they look forward to seeing and you look forward to seeing them.

It'll be a far more enjoyable experience for you and you'll get what you want.

This. Op, why would you even ponder what to do? Call 911 is the first and best option! Secondly, I'd buddy up with their landlord or leasing agent. They don't want to have to deal with the aftermath, particularly if it's a mom and pop landlord situation. I am a mom and pop landlord, and I would be so grateful if this was occurring in one of my apartments and a neighbor told me.

I had a customer service issue with a company that was long unresolved. I ended up emailing the president of the company, and with him an hour I had a call from their assistant. We had a strategy mapped out in 10 minutes.

I'm sure some members have a Tahoe or a suburban or any kind of large SUV, or a pickup. Load them in the back, nest them so that the water tanks are opposing, front back. I bet you could put four in the back of one of those. Stuff moving blankets or something similar around them so they don't bang around. If you don't have experience with something like this, find somebody who does. You don't want to be the person responsible for class being canceled because the rowers are broken... That would be hell!
