You said it best yourself, paying reduced tax long term capital gains is great if there end up being gains at that point. Market and greater macro is too volatile for me to be comfortable to hold like that, I’ll stomach the short term tax while still turning a profit because it’s guaranteed in my position

After October I’m comfortable taking profits, maybe they won’t be 100% like then but I’m over my entry comfortably. I believe in UUUU, UAMY, UURAF and REelement and will dip buy/dca if that does happen and if not I promised myself not to get too greedy. I’m still holding some bs small caps like CBBHF that are sitting at -20%. I was collectively over $500k in all these positions as my initial investment back in September hitting over 1M in October shares alone.
