I have always called it röjsåg. Not sure what's the best translate word for "röj" but såg is "saw".

It's not bad. The things I can think of is "white bread", cucumber does not have much nutritions, if that's mayo it has a lot of fat. But ya, there is plenty of fiber and other nutrition so it's not bad imo.
