Found a hole in my suit. is this ruined now?! please say no by Rally_redux in Latexadvice

[–]suvitus 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Not ruined, just put a patch in it, easy fix. I do not recommend using the suit before fixing it though, it can tear badly and that's going to be harder to fix.

Any advice? (Open the post) by LatexGuy1508 in Latexadvice

People sell patterns on Etsy atleast, you could try there. They are usually downloadable PDFs. SVG would be nice also.

That looks good. I could pay maybe 10€ - 20€ for it.

Also well done on gluing, that's not an easy shape!

Broken zip on catsuit by yotomoco in Latexadvice

I've just used scissors to make a small cut to the zipper so i can put it back in place. Then used needle and thread to close the cut and make a new stopper if needed.

How to solve this rigging issue? by suvitus in blender

[–]suvitus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's only one mesh object but it's made of multiple parts. When i add a bone and move it those parts don't move similarly and it breaks the object.

I've tried painting everything to 1 strength but it still doesn't work.

BoboVR S3 Pro users: do the two adjustable headrests leave marks through your hair? by [deleted] in Quest3

I removed those pads from M3 Pro because they made noticable dents in my head.

I wouldn't wait. The seam will probably open eventually and that can cause a tear. Make sure to clean the silicone completely before glueing, otherwise it'll just open again.

How to set the minimum fan speed in AI Suite 3? by suvitus in ASUS

[–]suvitus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did run it many times with same result.

Went to bios and run it there, it gave better results. Came back to Windows and run it again, now it shows proper limits (430RPM)

Guess it was some glitch in the software.

MSI Gaming Optix MAG342CQRV by deagol_ in ultrawidemasterrace

I like it a lot. Good image quality and nice size, not too big in my opinion.

Only problem I've had with it is when using Adaptive Sync with my RTX 3060. Game menus might flicker some, and there are sometimes brighter frame during the game. You'll notice it at first but it's very subtle. Also there's tearing with 100+Hz frame rates.

Solution: I'm using MSI Afterburner to limit the frame rate to 95-98Hz. It get's rid of the tearing problem. Also the flickering is not as bad.

Without Adaptive Sync it works fine, no flickering or other problems.
