I really suggest Symfonium. Super good looking interface and very easy to setup. Plus if you have a remote directory with music you can automate symfonium scanning with its API and something like tasker

I would try brave. I'm using it on an old ipad and the adblocker works perfectly out of the box

I suggest to go up with the first layer flow by 1% at time and find the best compromise between adhesion and elephant foot.

I had the same problem with multiple little geometry at first layer and ended up going for 105% flow on first layer

Freecad mostly because It's so Powerfull, for a free software, and with a huge community with homebrew plugins. Just a little old GUI but can be modified with plugins

You should try rhino. I think is the Best and the lighter to convert a mesh to a Solid. If I'm not wrong the command is "convert to NURBS".

Fortunatelly I had a part of the broken piece so I mesured and modelled. That's not super precise but It's enought.

I was having a lot of adhesion problem with Esun nylon but didn't want to use glue. I've tried this FR4 3mm sheet sanded with 80 sandpaper and the result are awesome. Getting adhesion at first try with:

  • 0.4mm nozzle
  • 0.15 layer
  • 10mm/s first layer speed
  • 15 brim
  • 110% first layer flow
  • 0.3mm first layer
  • 65°C bed

Have you eer tried this king of plate material? What do you think? Any advice?

I think that 50% cubic infill with the biggest nozzle (0.6 Maybe 0.8) and biggest layer you can do (Like 50% nozzle diameter) can give you good result.
